What our customer needed/ problem:

Lack of privacy- Our customer’s property features a number of large windows to the front and back of the property, with these being overlooked from the road and neighbouring properties.

Aesthetic appeal- our customer wished for the film and overall look of the windows to compliment the modern exterior style to the property. We recommended the ideal film to enhance this stunning property’s kerb appeal and overall look.

Natural light retention- we suggested a suitable film tint/ grade which would ensure a good degree of light transmission whilst achieving the objectives of privacy and seclusion.

Solution:

We offered this busy customer a Whatsapp video consultation call to fit in with their schedule, from which we could view the glazing, access and engage in discussion to help address the problem.

We recommended installation of Hanita Per Lite 35 window film throughout the property, which offered a natural finish to the glass whilst ensuring excellent levels of privacy. This film provides:

Privacy- vision is obscured through the glass, particularly with reference to the larger panes.

Visually appealing- the film enhanced the beauty of the property and elevated the overall look.

Light transmission- the film grade we recommended ensured good levels of light transmission were maintained.

Installation process:

Preparation- the glass and frames were cleaned with an ammonia free solution and our customer’s carpets and floorings protected.

Custom measurement and cutting- each pane was measured by the installers and the film cut precisely using our own cutting machines on site.

Application- using a wet application method, the film was installed to 14 panes throughout.

Quality check and clean up- the film was inspected to ensure a flawless application, and a final check of the install with the customer took place.
