Solar Control solution using Optitune 30 Neutral film West Sussex

What our customer needed/ problem:

Overheating in the living room- Our customer’s main living area featured stunning full length glazing which allowed for a wonderful light airy atmosphere however made the room unbearably hot in the warmer months.

Enhanced aesthetics- our customer wanted a natural film to enhance the look of the glass, we recommended a high specification Neutral to showcase the glazing whilst providing excellent solar control benefits.

Light retention- we suggested a suitable film which would ensure a good degree of light transmission remains whilst reducing the temperature in the room and minimising the glare from the sunlight.

Solution:

We recommended installation of Hanita Optitune 30 Neutral solar control film. This high specification film offers excellent temperature and glare control balanced with high levels of light transmission.

Modern elevated look to the glazing- the film enhanced and showcased the substantial glass structure of the living room windows and doors.

Light transmission- the film grade we recommended ensured good levels of light transmission were maintained.

Installation process:

TS Window Films strives for a flawless installation for every customer, and always follow protocols and procedures to ensure this is strictly maintained.

Preparation- the glass and frames were cleaned with an ammonia free solution and our customer’s carpets and floorings protected.

Custom measurement and cutting- each pane was measured by the installers and the film cut precisely using our own cutting machines on site.

Application- using a wet application method, the film was installed to all panes throughout.

Quality check and clean up- the film was inspected to ensure a flawless application, and a final check of the install with the customer took place.

Results:

Solar control- the temperature reduced in the room by 5-7 degrees depending on the aspect of the sun, and glare is reduced to allow a more comfortable living environment.

Elevated appearance- this wonderful glass living room was further enhanced with a high specification modern, natural film.
